Seattle Beer Week 5/12-22

Seattle Beer Week is creeping up on us – May 12-22. What can you do during Seattle Beer Week that you can’t do any other week? Check out the daily specials right here. Even easier, download the SBW App for Android from the Play Store

As you can see, the term Seattle is rather loosely applied with breweries participating from Tacoma, Woodinville, Bellevue, etc., served up on taps at Naked City Brewing in Greenwood. Nano night, May 13, features breweries from all over the state.

The “official” beer of Seattle Beer Week, the Daily Pale, crafted by Adam Robbings of Reuben’s Brews. The Daily Pale is a hop-forward ‘session’ IPA with an aroma and flavor profile driven by citrus and passion fruit, with kiwi and honeydew undertones. At 4.9% ABV and 55 IBU, it’s light in the body, but balanced and focused on hop flavor and aroma, with a crisp, clean finish.

All day, everyday at Reuben’s Brews

Every day of Seattle Beer Week we’ll feature a different Randall, cask or infusion of the official beer of Seattle Beer Week – the Daily Pale! Watch Instagram / Facebook / Twitter for details of today’s brew!

Hoppy Trails is getting an acute sense of FOMO with all the cool events going on. Looks to be a plasma drip in bed every night to ready the old bod for the next days’ many festivities. There are free events, ones you need to buy a ticket for, fancy dinners, classes, beer/cheese pairings, tap takeovers and much more.

Here are our choices for best bets during the festival.
