New Breweries? The Number is Four

In the last couple of weeks four new breweries and a new taproom opened in King County; Four Generals (Renton), Four Horsemen (Kent), Figurehead Brewing (Fishermen’s Terminal/Seattle), Brewmasters (new taproom in Renton) and Floating Bridge (U District).

Reuben’s Brew in Ballard and Outlander Brewing in Fremont celebrated their fourth year in business.

Four Washington breweries took home medals in the 2016 US Open Beer Championship; Reuben’s, Ghostfish, Icicle, Heathen.

The four sessions of the 2016 Great American Beer Festival in Denver sold out in just over an hour. The $80 ticket is now selling at ticket re-sellers for $99-134. In better news, tickets are still available for the Great Canadian Beer Festival, in Victoria, BC in September.

Looks like good things come in fours.
