If you live in a craft beer city, there is likely a Rock Bottom Restaurant near you. Rock Bottom opened its first outlet in Denver, CO, in 1991. There are now 34 brewery/restaurants up and down the West Coast, Midwest and East Coast. Rock Bottom has won more than two hundred prestigious awards for brews made by local brewers at its fully functional facilities.
For a long time they were noted for having a unique lineup at each of the facilities. More recently have consolidated the range of beers to a few of the most popular styes and have a consistent branding at each of the locations, even though they may be brewed locally. They are all owned by CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc.
Sometimes the beers you find at a Rock Bottom may have been brewed at another Rock Bottom location. Sharing the wealth.
